APTQI Welcomes PatientPay as Vendor Affiliate Member

WASHINGTON, DC – The Alliance for Physical Therapy Quality and Innovation (APTQI) is pleased to announce PatientPay has joined as a vendor affiliate member as of October 1. As APTQI continues to advocate for legislative and regulatory changes that benefit the physical and occupational therapy community, including patients, providers, and suppliers, APTQI is proud to bring together more advocates from across the profession.

“PatientPay is proud to join APTQI today as a member affiliate. We are excited to collaborate with APTQI and its member organizations to further strengthen the physical therapy community and support its advocacy goals through our network of patients and providers,” said Tom Furr, CEO of PatientPay.

As the leading patient payments partner for specialty practices, PatientPay uniquely leverages easy-to-understand statements and digital billing strategies to engage patients in paying their bills quickly. Many physical therapy organizations rely on PatientPay’s ability to vastly increase payments, accelerate the time to collect payments, and reduce administrative oversight.

“The physical therapy community is strong. Together we can educate leaders in Washington about the tremendous value physical therapy creates for the nation’s healthcare system to better ensure the sustainability of practices and ultimately improve access and outcomes for patients. Welcoming vendor affiliates like PatientPay will help strengthen APTQI’s efforts to advocate for our profession,” said Nikesh Patel, PT, Executive Director of APTQI.

APTQI launched its vendor affiliate program in May 2023 with the goals of accelerating its advocacy objectives and broadening its grassroots efforts. To learn more or apply to become a vendor affiliate member, CLICK HERE.
